Enciendo unas velas, pongo música, un poco de incienso y cierro los ojos...
Dejo mi mente en blanco e intento perderme en mí misma durante unos instantes. Un breve momento para mí, en el que nada ni nadie podrá molestarme.
Me desnudo cuerpo y alma y me meto en la bañera. Agua caliente que va penetrando cada poro de mi piel mientras mi mente sigue vacía de todo pensamiento vano.
El olor del incienso va penetrando por mis fosas nasales y cada nota de música entra en mis oidos suavemente. Todos mis sentidos están activos al cien por cien excepto la vista... Mis ojos cerrados observan mi interior, intentan visualizar mi alma intranquila para relajarla.
En estos momentos deseo que el tiempo se pare para poder disfrutar eternamente de esta bendita sensación de relax y bienestar. Yo sola, nadie a mi alrededor, sin problemas, sin mentiras, sin perturbaciones, sin pensamientos.
Yo y mi mente en blanco.
Yo y mi alma tranquila.
Yo y un sueño profundo que se apodera de mi y me lleva a la relajación eterna...
Felices Sueños Eternos...
